          Title: Rainbow magic

Characters:The characters are Rachel Walker, Kristy Tate, Jack, the goblins and Various fairies. Rachel and Kristy are very friendly , caring, loyal, creative and good at making plans.

Plot Kristy and Rachel go's to rain spell island  who became friends on the boat and found a beautiful rainbow that never faded. At the end of the rainbow the found a pot. Under was a fairy. She told them about a mean guy called Jack Frost the king of silly goblins and the the girls helps other fairy's in other adventures.

My Opinion I really liked the book because Rachel and Kristy are very lucky on going on so many adventures. My favourite part is when the goblins always makes funny decision. There are some scary bits like when Jack Frost comes and  I learned to be positive and good.

Recommend: I recommend you should read this book because it is full of adventures and fairy's. this book is probably for 7-11 year old. I will give it 5 stars.

You will need

• Dylan  drizzly dumplings.
• Sauwarna snake scales .
• Vivian's Vicious vipers .
• Janya  Jolly jumping jelly.
• Azra Amazing  attractive apple.

method

Get the pot out  of the big pot.

First put Saturn's snake's scales but careful they will turn pale and into kale

Then add vivian's vipers in the pot it will just make the mixture riper.

Next add Azra’s apples and wait till it waggles.                           

After that put in 5 jumping jellies but careful they are smelly.

Finally add dylan’s dumplings and they will go frizzly!

There you go my fuzzy friends now you have a buzzy potion!

The soldiers great adventure

One day a soldier came from the future and appeared in the 31 century but he didn’t know what to do because he just came from the great world war two. Then he found a sweet costume so he put on the costume and went out side. He saw two robbers and a weird mako shark was trying to catch the robbers so then he helped and they did it but 31 century blow up and that was that and the soldier went back to the war just in time!

Splish,splosh,splat!At Halsey drive we had cross country and it was a good day. The nice weather was so hot, a lot of people was cheering for the team and so many colours in all the house group. A lot of people running the course from year 0-6. It was so nice.

The school was roaring for each of their house groups. Signs were cheering for their team Go takapu, go tui, go weka, go pukeko, go kotare, go ruru. Some muddy footprints were splating.One person said the mud was cold and someone got there shoes in the mud. Kids were also holding their shoes to the shoes to the finish line. Ms strang had to pull someone out but the shoes got stuck and ms strang had to pull her out.

Coming in first place for boys he is the fastest he is strong it Dylan from Ruru! 2 place he was fast but didn't make it first but 2 is Aryan from Weka! Coming in 3 place was a tie but a little bit faster is Max! and Karin!! In the girls 1 place She’s in ruru she is fast its Sanah from ruru ! She was trying to come 1 but failed it is Georgie! She was right behind georgie she wants to come 2 but she didn’t make it but she was still brave it is Ashley from ruru!

Finally Halsey drive loved it and they enjoy ice blokes with their friends. See you next year bye!

Facts about why water is good for us!

 Why year 4's should go to camp

Dear Miss Richie,
Room 9 has watched the year 6 amazing camp videos. So I was unhappy because it is not fair that the year 4's don't get to do fun activities.

I think the year 4  should go to camp and we have to wait 2 more years to be year 6 and we can't wait. We want to go because we can do like boggy boarding, fashion show, rock and tower climbing, sand making and other things. We want to go because we can get out of our fear like if you are scared of heights and you go up the rock climbing then you won't be scared any more!  As you will agree all the helpers try to give you food and drink also give you a nice room to share. While others may disagree they will miss all the fun and miss there friends.

In conclusion, I hold the firm belief the year 4's have to go to camp! Not just year 6 can go to camp Year 4 can go to camp too! I hope I have given the reasons you need!

Popcorn

Feels

The divine popcorn feels so hard when it’s a seed and it feels very silky when I touch it. I can feel the comfy popcorn so hot it is going to burn my hand.

See

I can see the popcorn exploding out loud. POP! I can see popcorn blowing in my face.

Hear

The sound of popcorn popping is like a storm popping with thunder. I can hear popcorn popping like a large balloon popping in my ears.

Smell

I smell the buttery smell of the tasty popcorn. I smell the crunchy taste of delicious sweet popcorn.

Taste

I taste the enjoyable flavour of the sweetness seasoning popcorn. The taste of the scented popcorn is so crunchy that I want to eat it right now.

Funny Professor Cooper is science mad! He loves making potions but they never turn right.

The Professor’s white, clean science jacket is so white that it can blind someone because he spilt a bad potion on it. His messy orange hair looks like a lion’s mane got struck by lighting. Cooper’s hot eyes have balls of LAVA! No wonder Professor Cooper has a WACKY,FUZZY beard.

BOOM!!! Silly Cooper danced around joyfully because he finally got the potion right and the potions power is to be a dinosaurs. He named himself Mr potion and except the potion smelt superbad! He decided to make more and so he did. Now he tried to make a potion that can bring back the superhero but it failed again. What he didn’t know was the boom from the potion caught fire on his desk and now you know he is now a clumsy Professor Cooper.

I have done a statistical investigation to find out which movie Halsey drive school likes the most. We went to room 11 to see witch is the most popular movie. I predict that Lego movie will win.

In conclusion The most popular in room 11 is Jumunji. That got 11 points .
The least popular in room 11 is Smurfs 3 that got only 1.

Zebra The Zebra is a living wild animal and every Zebra has a unique pattern of black and white glimmering stripes. Background A Zebra is a cheerful and friendly mammal. They live in the wild for up to 25 years. Zebras live in the grasslands of Africa and they have black and white skin. Characteristics This Zebras weight is 200-450 kg.. It’s skin is dark black and clean white. It’s hair on the head is so soft.It is also so cute. Diet/Habitat My animal is truly not at the top of the food chain. It has some predators and that is a Lion, Hyenas, Cheetahs, Leopards and humans. They need to be very careful to escape the vicious creatures. Jaw dropping fates Zebras are gleeful and part of the equidae family alone with Horses and Donkeys Wild Zebras live live in Africa. Our planet is home to three different species of zebra. Extinction Grevy’s Zebra- is a type of of Zebra that is endangered . It has had a shocking drop in numbers and there are only around 1,900 to 2,500 left. Please help the zebras please. How to make bouncy balls

Ingredients

• Borax half table spoon
• Water half cup
• Cup
• Bowl
• Spoon
• Corn flour half table spoon
• glue 2 table spoon

Method

1. Put half a table spoon of corn flower,half a table spoon of borax in half a cup of warm water. Stir well.

2. Get a bowl and poor 2 table spoons of glue and you can put food colouring  in the glue if you want to.[any colouring].Stir it.

3. Pour the water slowly in the glue and  don't pour all of it. Watch it turn clumpy. Role it into a ball.

4. Once it is a ball try to bonce it on the floor and there you have it a bonce y ball!

First person to find wild animals


There lived in a small house was a little girl called Ella and she was born in America in 1977. She was 10 years old and in her dream she wanted to go in the wild forest when she is 11 in 1988. So when she turned eleven she packed her things and left to the wild forest. When she was about to go some twelve year old kids bullied her but she keept on going to the forest. When she reached she set up her camp and when she was done she went to look for living berries and mushrooms. When she to a lake she got a bucket and a straw to drink some water but then she got lost. Lucky she bought everything with her so she set her tent and looked at the stars.Then something past by. She ran for it but she lost the sight of the weird thing that  raced past but she found it again. It was spotty and it had a tail but she did not know what it was. It Came near her and sniffed her.It was looking for her food. She gave it some meat that she took from home. She  thought she can beat it in a race but when Ella was about to ask there was a growl in the bushs. It leped out.It looked furry with sharp claws and pointy ears. Ella tried to make them stop but they wouldn't stop but then she had an idea! She hope it works. She is going to do the scratches. Ella sang and sang until they stop  fighting.They became friends for ever! She made names for them like cheater for the spotty one and wolf and made more friend with others!
